BIOGRAPHY

Ryan runs the business operations of the firm. In addition, he is starting a mediation practice. Ryan began his law career over 20 years ago working for a small firm in Omaha where he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of litigation matters. Ryan handled both plaintiff and defense cases. During this time, he successfully tried multiple cases. His practice focused primarily on civil litigation with some criminal defense as well. His areas of practice included insurance defense, personal injury, real estate, securities (FINRA) arbitration, federal criminal cases, estate planning and probate, and state tort claims act cases. After spending 5 years at the firm, Ryan spent the next 14 years working for two insurance carriers as in-house counsel. Most of that time was spent handling medical malpractice cases across the country.

Ryan has participated in over 250 mediations across more than 20 states as an attorney representing both individuals and insurance carriers, and he brings a wealth of practical experience to the table. Ryan completed additional training as a mediator through the Nebraska Mediation Association training program, recognized by The Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution. While new to practicing mediation as a neutral, Ryan’s in-depth understanding of the legal and insurance landscape equips him to effectively facilitate dispute resolution. He is committed to delivering efficient, effective outcomes with professionalism, fairness, and integrity.
